aluminum. This material is generally used for real estate signs. It’s standard size is 24” x 18” and can be purchased with an H-frame. Both the aluminum and the H-frame are powder coated for rust resistance and a smooth texture. Aluminum is available in many sizes for other outdoor uses.
banner. This material is used for temporary signage, usually hanging. It is made of 13 - 15 oz. vinyl hemmed and grommeted. Banner posts, banner stands and banner rails are available as well.
banner stands. These are available as stationary, moving, retractable, or adjustable stands. We have many sizes and shapes to choose from for your display.
canvas. This material is similar to a canvas painting. It can be stretched and framed or adhered to a board. You can reproduce your own photographs or artwork on this canvas material.
cedar. Cedar is the wood we use for sandblasted or routered signs. On a sandblasted sign sand blasts away the background around the letters, leaving the letters raised above the background. The grain in the wood is visible on the background.
corrugated plastic. This is a plastic fluted material used for temporary signs. They are generally 1/4” thick but can be ordered in 1/2” thick for extra rigidity. The standard size is 24” x 18”, which is used with a wire stake for putting in the ground. These signs are great for advertising in a client’s yard or in front of your own business. Corrugated plastic is available in almost any size and multiple standard colors.
dibond. This material has a polyethylene core with aluminum laminated to both sides. Dibond is used for almost any type of sign. It is thicker and more rigid than aluminum, and lighter than MDO. It is a much more versatile material and is recommended for long term signage.
fabric. We have a wide variety of fabric available for printing. Most common is polyester for trade show table cloths and backdrops. We also have materials for making flags.
foamcore. Foamcore is a foam board with a gloss paper surface. This is used for interior signage that needs to be lightweight. Full color vinyl is usually applied to the surface.
gatorplast. This is a foam board with polystyrene faces. The face is plastic so it resists warping and bending. Gatorplast is recommended for interior use only. Full color vinyl is usually applied to the surface.
laminate. Laminate can help protect your full color print from scratches, dirt, chemicals and fading. It is adhered to the face of the print and adds extra thickness to the material as well.
laminate (optically clear). This is used for the perforated window film. It protects the print from scratching and fading, especially on moving vehicle windows.
laminate (polycarbonate). This laminate is thicker than the standard and textured for reduced glare. It is used mainly for trade show displays, and materials that need to be stiff.
magnet. Car magnets are made of strong thick magnets so they stay on your car. Vinyl or full color vinyl is used for the graphics. We also have smaller refrigerator magnets available.
mdo. This is similar to plywood, but has a special finish allowing vinyl to be adhered easily. This comes in 1/2” or 3/4” thick sheets and can be painted any color. Vinyl or full color vinyl can be applied to one or both sides of the board. This is generally used for site signs or temporary business signs.
perforated window film. This is used for storefront windows and vehicle windows. It allows the graphic to be viewed from the outside, while allowing people on the inside to see through the window.
plexiglas. (also known as acrylic) This is a translucent plastic, used mainly for illuminated signs. Translucent vinyl or full color translucent vinyl graphics are applied to the surface. Lexan is another version of plexiglas. This is a tougher plastic, better for larger signs or signs low to the ground.
poster paper. This is your standard paper for indoor use. We have a matte and photo realistic paper available. It can also be laminated for extra strength and protection.
pvc. This comes in 3/4”, 1/2”, 1/4” and 1/8” thick sheets and is available in many standard colors. It is a plastic material, used for large signs, display signs, or small decorative signs. We can also print directly on 1/16" pvc.
signfoam. This is used for sandblasted, routered, or carved signs. It varies in width from 1/2” to 2” thick. Generally we use 1-1/2” thick material. Signfoam is a high density rigid urethane material, which will not rot like wood. Sand blasts away the background around the letters, leaving the letters raised above the background. The sign is then painted in custom colors. The background of signfoam generally has a pebbled texture. In a routered sign the letters are engraved with a router. So the letters and the background are smooth. Signfoam can also be carved into three dimensional shapes for use in your sign.
signicade. These are portable plastic stands. Corrugated plastic or another substrate is attached to the face and sand can be used to internally ballast the sign. Changeable letters can also be used on this stand.
static cling. This material clings to glass and is available in white or clear. It removes easily from glass without any adhesive residue.
ultramount. This is a foam board with polycoated paper on its face. This is used for interior signage. It is more rigid than foamcore. Full color vinyl is usually applied to the surface.
vinyl. For one or two color signs, solid colors of vinyl are cut out to create the words and images. Full color signs are printed on white vinyl with solvent ink. Vinyl is an adhesive backed material for permanent or semi-permanent use. It can be used on vehicles, windows, signage, or to create decals and stickers.
wallpaper. Our wallpaper material can be mounted to your wall the same way as traditional wallpaper. Bring in a photograph or artwork and we can reproduce it in large scale for your home or office wall. We also have hundreds of photographs available for a custom wall.
